1. Energy Personality Insights
You may have heard of generic personality profiling tools that are used for recruitment purposes. We can offer an Energy Personality Insight Profile either for recruitment or for understanding current employees better. We use the latest non-invasive biofeedback technology to glean Aura and Energy Personality 'colours' which relate to different personality types. This can help to identify key skills that may be previously unknown.
2. Welfare
The technology can gauge stress levels and possible physical, mental and emotional health issues for the individual to explore. The results would remain confidential to the individual but has obvious benefits for both employee and employer alike.
3. Perk
Employers may wish for the Energy Personality Insights and / or Reiki treatments to be given as a healthcare perk on a one-off or monthly / quarterly basis, for example.
